Amway Arena (formerly known as the Orlando Arena, TD Waterhouse Centre, and The arena in Orlando, and colloquially known by the nickname of O-Rena) is a defunct indoor arena in Orlando, Florida. It is part of the Orlando Centroplex, a sports and entertainment complex located in Downtown Orlando. The last day of operation of the facility was on September 30, 2010 as arena operations moved to the new Amway Center. The City of Orlando will begin demolition of the building by December 15, 2011, and is expected to take about six months.
