Blackpool Football Club are an English football club founded in 1887 from the Lancashire seaside town of Blackpool. They are competing the 2010–11 season in the Premier League, the top tier of professional football in England, having won the Football League Championship play-off Final at the end of the 2009–10 campaign, their 100th consecutive season in the Football League.
