This study was carried out to clear up the taxonomic position of a number of taxa. The present account includes the comprehensive study of the morphological, anatomical and palynological aspects and elemental dispersive spectrophotometer analysis (EDS) of 10 genera of tribe Paniceae present from Pakistan.
