Licensed to Mesa, it broadcasts a high definition digital signal on VHF channel 12 from a transmitter atop South Mountain on the city`s south side. KNAZ-TV serves as a full-power satellite station of KPNX in Flagstaff, and KPNX`s signal is further relayed through a network of 14 low-power translators across northern and central Arizona. Owned by the Gannett Company, KPNX shares offices with co-owned newspaper The Arizona Republic on Van Buren Street in downtown Phoenix.
