This show is notable because it is the last concert performance by the band's founding saxophonist, LeRoi Moore. Moore died August 19, 2008 from complications from injuries suffered in an ATV crash on June 30. According to the band's website, proceeds from the sale of the album will be donated to charities reflecting Moore's spirit and passions including the Charlottesville Music Resource Center and the Boys and Girls Club of Charlottesville-Albemarle in Moore's memory. Besides being LeRoi's last show, this show was memorable because of the acoustic version of The Space Between, a song that had not been played live since 2004.
