Access floor tiles are generally 2' x 2' in dimensions. Their construction material can vary, though all tiles are steel on the outside with a laminate surface. The tiles can have a hollow core, wood core, or steel core. The core adds strength to support higher rolling loads. All raised floor tiles have floor load rating of at least 1250 pounds per square foot.
