This tower will include 3 towers, two 36-story tower and a 43-joint tower and features a modern architectural style. Construction costs, invested by Times Square (Vietnam) Investment Joint Stock Company, totals approximately $125 million USD. The height to the top of the tower is 163.5 m. The tower is currently the third tallest building in Ho Chi Minh city after M C Plaza (topped out in October, 2011) and Bitexco Financial Tower, it is also the fifth tallest building in Vietnam.
